Developers Plan $60 Million Condo Community in Belle Meade

June 22—Belle Meade, one of Nashville’s most affluent neighborhoods, will soon be home to a community of condominiums with prices ranging from $950,000 to $5.5 million per unit, developers announced Thursday. The Manning at Belle Meade, a $60 million project led by a group including Richard Rhea, of Chartwell Properties, and LaRawn Scaife Rhea, includes 34 residences that will eventually boast services ranging from concierge care and a wellness center to formal gardens and unit terraces. Living spaces range in size from 1,800 to 6,000 square feet.

June 21—Developer Richard Rhea plans to open a sales office next month to begin selling condominiums in his $60-million Belle Meade-area project.
After getting zoning approvals over the past year, Rhea has been prepping the site for The Manning at Belle Meade, which is actually on Woodmont Blvd. down a bit from Harding Road.
The building will have 34 units, two of which will be brownstone-type homes rising three stories. They will sell for $950,000 to $5.5 million. The property will have a pool and garden area in the back.
